Join OliverBuchanan Group (OBG) for a tour of the historic Denver Rock Drill campus on Wednesday, October 9. Discover how OBG will transform this iconic industrial site on the 39th Avenue Greenway and adjacent to the RTD A-Line into a vibrant mixed-use community, featuring multifamily residences, creative offices, community-serving retail, hospitality and entertainment amenities – through the adaptive reuse of century-old buildings alongside new builds in the Cole Neighborhood.
There will be two tours: one at 4:30 and one at 5:30 (we need daylight to get a good look at portions of the old industrial space). Because of the nature of the space, we have been asked to limit each tour to up to 30 people.
After the tours, we’ll have a happy hour with YIMBY Denver and the OBG team at the RiNO Beer Garden starting at 5:30pm. Even if you can't make the tours, join us for good company, great drinks, and lively conversation about the future of this exciting area!
