- Representative Ruby Dickson, who co-sponsored and passed HB23-1255, focused on local growth caps
- Representatives Iman Jodeh and Steven Woodrow, who co-sponsored SB23-213, focused on state land use regulation
During this discussion, we will evaluate some of the environmental and social challenges facing Colorado, the structure of recent land use reform attempts in Colorado, challenges to changing land use policy, and potential opportunities for the state.
At the conclusion of the discussion, audience members will have a chance to submit questions for the panelists.
