    Dear YIMBY Denver,
Jesse and I are board members of Denver Homeless Out Loud. We both testified against the 16 story development in Five Points at Denver City Council on Monday, December 14th. We noted that one or more YIMBY members testified in support of this development. We would appreciate the opportunity to engage in a coversation with your group about development of luxury / market rate properties that require zoning variances versus a) the need for building housing for people in the Extremely Low Income and Very Low Income categories and b) protecting housing stability of low income home owners and renters. in communities of color. If there is a time in mid to late January that works for you, let’s set something up.
